Flexibile To Support Your Training Plans

Respecting Diversity: Sexual Orientation is a flexible training programme and can be used in a number of different ways to suit your organisation’s needs and diversity training rollout plan, such as:

  • A full-day training session on sexual orientation in the workplace.
  • A half-day session within a diversity training programme. For this we would suggest you choose 2 stories.
  • A short series of 1-hour sessions, perhaps delivered at different times (weekly or monthly) for team-based training. For this we would suggest showing 1 story at each workshop.
  • Self-study for individuals who already have a basic understanding and awareness of Diversity and Equality.
